The National Trust for Historic Preservation is accepting applications for its Preserve Route 66 grant programs through November 12, 2026. The grants, generally $2,500 to $10,000, support projects that preserve and interpret historic places and businesses on or connected to the Route 66 corridor. Public agencies, tribal governments and nonprofit organizations are eligible for the Preserve Route 66 Grant Fund; see the guidelines for full details.
