New Additional Information on Phasing, Phased Rehabilitation Projects, and Phase Advisory Determinations
The National Park Service (NPS) has issued new additional Information supplementing the Historic Preservation Certification Application (HPCA) Instructions for Part 2 applications and Amendments on phasing, phased rehabilitation projects, and phase advisory determinations for the purposes of NPS certification for Federal historic preservation incentives. Applicants typically elect to phase a rehabilitation project if they are intending to substitute the IRS 60-month measuring period, later request advisory determinations, or because complete information for later phases of work may not yet be known or available.
